Please note our payment processor charges a 2.45% fee for online payments.  On the next screen you will need your account number and password.  Your account number and password are the 1st 6 digits of your account number which is located on your bill.  You will be prompted to change your password after this one time.

NEW PAYMENT OPTION!!

Beginning on October 1, 2009 you can pay your bill by E-Check from our website only. We will be offering this option on a Trial Basis for a period of three months. There will be a $.60 transaction fee per E-Check transaction that will be paid to OCEC and we will pay the second party vendor the same $.60 per transaction, making the fee a ‘pass-through’ fee; no cost to the Co-op.

However, with a minimum charge of $30.00 per month from the vendor, OCEC needs a minimum of 50 consumers to pay by E-Check each month so the Co-op does not incur any additional costs. If we find that enough consumers do not use the service during the trial period the E-Check service will be discontinued as not cost-effective.
