About Us
OCEC’s member-owners had expressed desire for a locally owned propane dealer to provide them with reliable service and competitive pricing. This came at a time that OCEC was looking at other business opportunities for the purpose of diversification. Okanogan County Energy Inc. (OCEI) was founded in August of 1999 in response to the member-owners of Okanogan County Electric Cooperative (OCEC).

The staff of OCEI brings you many combined years of service and experience in the Propane business. We offer 24/7 emergency services, repair and installation and competitive pricing to our customers. Whether you have a residential or commercial need we will do our best to serve you in a prompt and efficient manner.

Propane Safety and Information:
Call before you dig: Dial 811. Call two (2) working days before your work begins to allow the
utilities time to put you on their schedules.

Billing and Payment Information:
Propane billing statements are mailed on the 1st day of each month. Payment is due by the 10th of that month and considered past due if not paid by the end of the same month.

Your payment can be mailed to OCEI, paid in person at our office during regular business hours or dropped off after hours using the drop box located at our office or the Town of Winthrop Information Center drop box. We accept Visa or MasterCard payments by phone or in person.
